By accessing and using Boichokro (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms & Conditions agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of Boichokro following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Boichokro. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited by law from using the Service
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are not located in a country that is under embargoes

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use certain features of Boichokro, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Verify your phone number via OTP
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password or PIN
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms or violated the law, without refund or compensation.

As a Boichokro user, you agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Provide accurate book information and descriptions
• Treat other users with respect and professionalism
• Meet agreed-upon exchange dates and times
• Verify book condition before accepting exchanges
• Rate and review other users honestly and fairly
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior

6.1 Listing Guidelines

When listing books on Boichokro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate title, author, and ISBN information
• Accurately describe the book's condition (Like New, Very Good, Good, Fair, Worn)
• Use clear, real photos of the actual book you're offering
• Disclose any damage, markings, or defects
• Specify whether you're offering to donate or exchange
• List books you actually own and can deliver

6.2 Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to remove listings that:

• Contain false or misleading information
• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
• Promote illegal or harmful content
• Use inappropriate images or language

6.3 Listing Duration

Listings remain active until you delete them or the book is exchanged/donated. We may automatically deactivate listings that haven't been updated in 6 months.

7. Exchanges & Donations

7.1 Request Process

When requesting a book or offering to exchange, you are entering into a direct agreement with another user. Boichokro acts as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for:

• Enforcing exchanges or donations
• Compensating losses or disputes between users
• Verifying the condition of exchanged books
• Resolving conflicts about exchange terms

7.2 Meeting Safety

Boichokro provides in-app location sharing for safe meetups. However, we strongly recommend:

• Meeting in public places (cafés, libraries, parks)
• Meeting during daylight hours when possible
• Not disclosing personal address information
• Verifying user ratings and reviews before meeting
• Using the in-app messaging only (not personal phone numbers)
• Informing a trusted person of your meetup location and time

7.3 No Refunds

Since Boichokro is a free exchange and donation platform, there are no refunds or financial transactions. Any disputes must be resolved directly between users or through our dispute resolution process.

8. Ratings & Reviews

8.1 Rating Guidelines

Users can rate each other after completing an exchange. Ratings should be:

• Honest and based on actual experience
• Fair and not used for revenge or manipulation
• Free from false accusations or defamatory content
• Not used to spam or promote other services

8.2 Removing Reviews

We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines. Users can request review removal if:

• The review contains false or defamatory information
• The review violates community guidelines
• The exchange was successfully resolved despite initial dispute

8.3 Verified Badge

Users earn a "Verified" badge after successfully completing one exchange with positive ratings. This badge indicates a trusted community member but is not a guarantee of quality.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Boichokro (photos, descriptions, reviews). By posting content, you grant Boichokro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display your content on our platform.

9.2 Our Intellectual Property

All Boichokro trademarks, logos, designs, and software are the exclusive property of Boichokro and protected by law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9.3 Book Content

Book covers, synopses, and bibliographic data are the property of their respective publishers. We use this information under fair use for identification and discovery purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer

Boichokro is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Users will be honest or follow these terms
• Exchanges will be completed successfully
• Books will be in the condition described

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boichokro shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Disputes or disagreements between users
• Damage to books or property during exchanges
• Third-party claims or conduct

10.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Boichokro in the past 12 months (which is typically $0 for free users).

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Community Guidelines Enforcement

If we believe you have violated these terms, we may:

• Issue a warning or temporary suspension
• Remove inappropriate content
• Suspend your account for repeated violations
• Permanently ban you from the platform

11.2 User-to-User Disputes

If you have a dispute with another user, please:

• Contact the other user through in-app messaging to resolve
• Document the issue with screenshots and details
• Report the issue to our support team with evidence
• Provide a reasonable description of the problem

11.3 Dispute Resolution Process

We will review disputes and may:

• Mediate between users to find a resolution
• Request additional information from both parties
• Make a decision based on available evidence
• Recommend resolution steps if applicable

11.4 Moderation & Appeals

If we take action against your account, you can appeal by contacting us with details of why you believe the decision was incorrect.

12. Termination

12.1 Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You violate our community guidelines
• We reasonably believe your account is harmful to others

12.2 Your Right to Terminate

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Boichokro immediately ceases. These terms survive termination except as otherwise noted.
