1. Zero Tolerance Policy

We are deeply committed to protecting the safety of all children. Any content related to child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or the sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited on our platform.

2. Prohibited Content and Behaviors

Users of Boichokro must not use the platform, including book listings, chats, and profile mechanisms, to:

• Share, request, or promote Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Groom, solicit, or exploit children for any sexual purposes.
• Share content that sexualizes minors.
• Engage in any behavior that endangers the physical or emotional well-being of a child.

3. Enforcement and Reporting

If we discover any violation of this CSAE Policy, we will take immediate and decisive action:

• Immediate Account Termination: The violating user's account will be permanently banned immediately without notice.
• Content Removal: All associated content will be removed and preserved for legal purposes.
• Reporting to Authorities: We will proactively report the incident and individual to the relevant law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local authorities, providing them with all available user metadata and chat logs.

4. How to Report Suspicious Activity

If you encounter any behavior or content on Boichokro that you believe violates this policy or endangers a child, please report it immediately.

• In-App Reporting: Use the "Report User" mechanism available in the chat screen. Select "Inappropriate Content" or "Harassment" and detail the emergency.
